01
List the pieces and the work needed
Share the type and number of items, plus any manufacturer instructions or unusual hardware. Tell us whether you need disassembly, reassembly or both.
02
Prepare hardware and fragile parts
Empty furniture and remove loose shelves where practical. Keep screws and fittings labelled with the item, and set aside glass or delicate components for special handling.
03
Check access before moving day
Measure doorways, stairs, elevators and tight turns. Let us know if an item must be partly dismantled to fit through the route.
04
Confirm what is included
Assembly and disassembly are arranged only when confirmed in the written estimate. Some items or fittings may require a specialist; discuss those before booking.
