01
Built around your home
A third-floor apartment and a bungalow need different plans. Tell us about stairs, elevators, parking and anything unusually large. We use those details to coordinate suitable moving help and a realistic schedule.
02
Know what you are booking
Review the written estimate and the moving company assigned to your job before confirming. Ask which packing, furniture protection, disassembly and reassembly tasks are included. Extra services should be discussed in advance.
03
Make both ends of the move easier
Arrange building access at pickup and delivery, label boxes by destination room and decide where larger furniture will go. Flag tight doors and stair turns early so the crew can plan the route through your home.
04
From loading to the last room
At pickup, walk through the rooms with the crew and identify fragile items and anything staying behind. At delivery, confirm placement and check the home and belongings before the final walkthrough is complete.
